Please check all that apply: I need a partial scholarship. Stairs are a problem for me. I need disabled parking. Vegetarian (We try to provide meat and vegetarian meals.)

Payment

$150 per person for a bed for two nights and 5 meals
$50 for "day trippers," Saturday 8:30am-5pm with only lunch

No one will be excluded because of inability to pay. If you have indicated that you need a scholarship, you will be contacted by committee member Linden Crouch to make arrangements. In the meantime please complete and submit this form even though registration is not complete without payment.

No one will be excluded because of inability to pay. Scholarships are available. Donations are greatly appreciated to cover scholarships and other expenses.

All rooms at St. Rita have two twin beds and a full bathroom. If you and another woman have agreed to room together, please name your roommate in the space provided on the form.

St. Rita Retreat Center, RVUUF, and common sense require that if you have any symptoms of a respiratory disease and/or test positive for such, you should NOT attend the retreat.

Anyone canceling after September 30 will be given a refund less $25, which will be contributed to the scholarship fund.
